GIS - ARCHAEOLOGIST - paRT TIME
Tracker Archaeology is currently searching for a GIS specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience. Experience working on archaeological surveys and excavations is a plus but not a necessity. Pay will be hourly and based on experience. This position could be a remote position, however proximity to the Tracker Archaeology office in Monroe, NY is preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of applicable experience
Ability to provide GIS training to non-GIS staff
Strong cartographic skills to prepare maps and visualize a variety of archaeological survey and excavation data
Experience working in ArcGIS desktop and ArcGIS online
Excellent knowledge of graphical representation of data to produce GIS maps using ArcGIS or other GIS platforms
AutoCAD experience helpful
